Aka Control Terms of Service
1- Purchasing products from designated sales agencies in each geographical area (in case the serial number is irrelevant to the geographical area, receiving services is subject to paying extra charges).
2- The duration of the products is 12 months to 18 months depending on the type of product.
3- The warranty time starts from the moment of delivery to the customer. but if the production time does not match with the delivery of the goods, it must be re-registered in the CRM system; otherwise the warranty expiration time is calculated based on the manufacture date of the product.
4- Elevator products services are provided only if the elevator has a service and maintenance contract. if any change happens in the structure or wiring of the product, Aka control will not be responsible for the consequences.
5- Services can be provided only through the CRM-ERP system of AKA Control and the request time is based on this system.
6- In case the warranty time expires, services will be provided at the expense of receiving the fee; otherwise the service will be stopped.
7- the customer is responsible for all the installation steps, including mechanical installation, electrical connections and software adjustment. If you have any questions or problems during installation, you can receive support from Aka Control after-sales service unit by phone or using CRM - ERP system in person.
8- If the product parts need to be replaced with a warranty, the defective part must be returned to the support unit.
9- The technical opinions of Aka experts are formally presented to the customer, and quoting cases orally is not acceptable.
10- Complete project information and type of service request must be accurately recorded in the CRM-ERP system by customers.
11- Any claim for damages (due to the negligence of the support staff) must be submitted with the approval of the relevant technician and the representative of the requesting company to AKA Control.
12- The services of boards with warranty are provided free of charge if there is a defect in the product.
13- Items that are not covered by the warranty:
• Physical damage to the panel and its components after delivery to the customer.
• Improper use of fuses or bridging the fuses with wire.

• Incompatibility of the wiring (done by the installer) with the panel map.
• Manipulation and change in the internal circuits of the panel by non-experts.
• Severe power fluctuations in the city while the three-phase meter is not used (in such cases, a three-phase/simple stabilizer should be used at the electrical input of the panel).
